PAYMENT POLICY
Full payment is required at time of booking or an alternative arrangement has been made directly with the proprietor.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Bookings may be cancelled without penalty up to 7 days prior to arrival. Late cancellations or non-arrivals will be charged one nights' tariff. Group and Special Event bookings are subject to special conditions.
OTHER
All rooms are smoke-free
Pets allowed on campsites only and by arrangement and must be on a lead at all times. Pets are NOT permitted in rooms.
Linen is available for hire in backpacker rooms if required.
A Doctor, Hairdresser, Massage Therapist and Mechanic are professional services available in Portobello.
PRIVACY POLICY
We respect your right to privacy and any information you provide to us will remain confidential.
We will not sell, disclose, trade, transfer or share any personally identifiable information to any third party not specifically authorised by you to receive your information, unless we are required to do so for legal reasons.
We are required to provide aggregate statistics to Statistics New Zealand for the Accommodation Survey, but these statistics are not linked to any personal identifying information.

Special Event's like Concerts and Festival's. Cancellations or non-arrivals will be charged a minimum one nights' tariff.
